Return and Refund Policy – Relaxion

At Relaxion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In accordance with applicable UK consumer regulations, you have the right to return your products.

1. Right of Withdrawal (Return Period)

You have the right to change your mind and return your product within 14 calendar days from the date you received your order. If this period expires on a weekend or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day.

2. Conditions of Return

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it:

  • The tapes and patches must not have been used, removed from their protective backing, or applied to the skin.

  • The original packaging must be intact, unopened, and sealed (for hygiene and health protection reasons).

  • Any product returned that is opened, damaged, soiled, or incomplete will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support team via email at support@relaxion.store, including your order number and the reason for the return.

  • After verification by our team, we will provide you with the address for our return centre.

  • Pack the product securely and ship it. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages without proof of postage.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returning your item are your responsibility and are non-refundable, unless the product received was proven to be defective or incorrect upon delivery.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt of the item and the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.) within 5 to 10 working days.
